Lines and wrinkles
Lines that appear when you move usually respond to a small dose of a neuromodulator; lines that stay at rest often need skin-quality work as well. A doctor looks first and suggests the smallest amount that does the job.

Lost volume, hollows
Lost volume is answered with structure, not size. Fillers, biostimulators and skin boosters each do a different job, and the plan favours the reversible and the gradual, so you still look like you.
Probably not that: Overfilled faces are rarely one bold treatment; they are many small ones added without a plan. We would rather do less.

Lips: shape, volume, balance
Lips are shaped with small amounts of hyaluronic-acid filler, placed for contour and for balance with the rest of the face. It can be dissolved if you change your mind, and the plan builds in small steps.
Probably not that: A lot of volume in one visit. Lips that look overdone usually got too much at once; we prefer to add gradually.

Pigmentation and dark spots
Sun spots and scattered pigment usually respond to broadband light or a gentle resurfacing laser. Stubborn pigment, and darker skin tones, often do better with radiofrequency microneedling, which carries less risk of provoking pigment.
Probably not that: Melasma behaves differently: heat can make it worse. A doctor assesses it before any light or laser is chosen.

Redness and broken capillaries
Persistent redness and broken capillaries respond to broadband light; inflamed, reactive redness often settles with LED. Stubborn redness on sensitive skin is a case for radiofrequency microneedling.

Acne and breakouts
Active breakouts are driven by inflammation, so the first step is calming it: LED light and a proper deep cleanse, with a plan you can keep up at home. Scarring is treated later, once the skin is calm.

Acne scars, texture, enlarged pores
Scarring and enlarged pores need collagen rebuilt from beneath: radiofrequency microneedling for scars, a gentle resurfacing laser for early texture. Expect a course of sessions, not a single visit.

Dull, dehydrated, tired skin
Dullness and dehydration usually need a reset, not another product: a deep cleanse and hydration, usually with no downtime, then a regular rhythm, often once a month.

Sagging skin, jawline, firmness
Early softening responds to radiofrequency that firms gently over months; deeper laxity of the jawline and neck is a case for focused ultrasound, which lifts from the layers beneath. Neither uses needles, and both usually need no recovery time; some redness or tenderness for a few days is common.
Probably not that: Neither replaces surgery for significant laxity, and we will say so if that is the honest answer.

An event coming up
Close to a date, choose treatments that usually need no recovery time: hydration and a deep cleanse a few days before. Anything that needs time to settle is best planned weeks ahead.
Probably not that: Not the week before: injectables take around two weeks to settle, and lasers longer. Tell us the date and we will plan backwards from it.

Hair thinning and hair loss
Hair loss has many causes, from hormones and nutrition to stress and the scalp itself, so it starts with a trichology assessment of the scalp, not with a product.

Varicose and spider veins
Visible veins on the legs are a medical question first: a phlebologist checks how the veins are working before anything cosmetic is considered.

Heavy, tired or swollen legs
Heaviness and swelling can come from fluid and circulation, or from the veins themselves. If you can see veins, or one leg swells more than the other, see the phlebologist first; otherwise regular drainage work helps.

Cellulite and body contour
Cellulite and soft contours respond to regular circulation and drainage work: a course of quiet sessions in a weekly rhythm, not a single correction.
Probably not that: These are not slimming machines, and we will not sell them as one.

Stretch marks, skin tone after pregnancy

Stress, poor sleep, jet lag
When stress has settled into the body, a far-infrared ritual of deep warmth helps many people sleep and come down. It is a ritual, not a medical treatment, and we hold its bigger claims lightly.
