Needle-free infusion on a stream of oxygen

Dermadrop TDA (needle-free infusion) at CREAMÉ

What Dermadrop is for

Dehydrated, dull, tired skin. Fine lines, uneven tone, sensitive skin that reacts to needles and acids — or simply an event on the calendar.

How Dermadrop works

A needle-free infusion system: actives are atomised into microscopic droplets and propelled onto the skin on a stream of filtered oxygen, while a liposomal carrier is designed to walk them through the skin barrier and form a slow-release depot inside. Sterile single-use ampoules, matched to the concern — hydration, brightening, firming, calming.

A session, step by step

  1. We start with your skin and what you want from it, and check your health, the medicines you take and anything your skin has reacted to before.
  2. The skin is cleansed, and a sterile single-use ampoule is chosen for your concern: hydration, brightening, firming or calming.
  3. The applicator passes over the face without touching it, misting the serum onto the skin on a stream of oxygen. It feels cool and fine, and no numbing is needed.
  4. The session takes twenty to forty minutes, with sunscreen to finish. Make-up can go on straight after if you like.

What to expect

How it feels

Twenty to forty minutes of a cool, fine mist — contactless and comfortable for most people.

Downtime

Usually none; the skin can look slightly pink for a short while. Makeup straight after if you like; just keep SPF on and skip harsh exfoliants for a day.

How many sessions

A course of five to ten sessions, one or two a week, then a top-up every two to four weeks. As a one-off before an event, one session a day or two ahead can give a glow.

Who it may not suit

We go through your health and medicines first, because Dermadrop may not suit you, or may need to wait, if any of these apply:

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • There is an infection, a cold sore or another active skin condition in the area, such as a flare of psoriasis.
  • You have, or are being treated for, skin cancer.
  • You have an autoimmune or hormonal condition, diabetes, or a weakened immune system.
  • You take steroid medicines long term.
  • You have filler or anti-wrinkle injections in the area, or have had another invasive aesthetic treatment in the last five months.
  • There is a tattoo or permanent make-up in the area.
  • You tend to have allergic reactions, or know you react to a skincare ingredient: tell us, so the ampoule is chosen around it.

Risks and side effects

Mild and short-lived: the skin can look slightly pink for a short while after the session.

Less often: a reaction to an ingredient in the serum, such as itching, redness or a rash. Skincare ingredients are a common cause of allergic skin reactions on the face, which is why we ask about yours first.

Side effects have only been studied in small groups. In a laboratory study, the oxygen stream left the skin's surface undamaged, and a small study in people that used the same oxygen-flow method found it well tolerated.

Aftercare

  • Make-up straight after if you like.
  • Keep SPF on, and reapply it through the day in the Dubai sun.
  • Skip scrubs, exfoliating acids and other harsh exfoliants for a day.
  • Message us if your skin itches, burns or comes up in a rash.

How pricing works

We don't publish prices. The cost depends on the ampoule chosen for your skin and on whether you come once before an event or for a course with top-ups, which we decide together. You know the full plan and its cost before you start, and we suggest only the sessions your skin needs.

Our take

Needle-free here isn't a compromise — for hydration and glow, it's a gentler route.

What it won't do is replace structural work: no infusion lifts a jawline or rebuilds collagen the way energy or injectables can. When your concern needs that, we'll say so plainly — and when it doesn't, this is the lighter answer we'd rather give.

Questions people ask

Does Dermadrop really get actives into the skin?

To a degree, as far as research shows. In a laboratory study on pig skin, Dermadrop's oxygen stream carried at least twice as much of each test substance through the skin as dripping it on, and left the surface undamaged. A small hospital study used the same oxygen-flow method to deliver a medicine into the skin. The studies did not measure how deep it reaches in living skin, so we judge it by how your skin looks and feels.

Dermadrop or HydraFacial: which suits my skin?

Both usually need no recovery time. A HydraFacial works on the surface with water, suction and a light acid peel, which suits congestion, blackheads and dullness. Dermadrop doesn't touch or exfoliate the skin: it mists actives onto it, which suits dehydrated skin and sensitive skin that reacts to needles and acids. We'll suggest the one your skin needs, not both by default.

Is Dermadrop suitable for sensitive skin?

Often, yes: there are no needles, no suction and no scrubbing, and the applicator doesn't touch your skin. The serum itself can still irritate, so tell us what your skin has reacted to before, and we'll choose the ampoule around it.

How close to an event can I have Dermadrop?

A day or two ahead is the usual timing for a single session, and make-up can go on straight after. For a wedding, you can also run a short course in the weeks before, with the last session a day or two ahead.

Will Dermadrop lift or firm my skin?

No. It is for hydration and glow: no infusion lifts a jawline or rebuilds collagen the way energy-based treatments or injectables can. When firmness is the concern, we'll talk about Volnewmer or Ultraformer MPT instead.

How much is a Dermadrop facial in Dubai?

We don't publish prices. The cost depends on the ampoule chosen for your skin and on whether you come once before an event or for a course with top-ups; it is set at the consultation, and you know the full plan and its cost before you start.

What are the side effects of the Dermadrop procedure?

Usually mild and short-lived: the skin can look slightly pink for a short while. Less often, an ingredient in the serum causes itching, redness or a rash, so we ask what your skin has reacted to before and choose the ampoule around it. Side effects have only been studied in small groups. It isn't done during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with an infection, a cold sore or a flare of a skin condition in the area.

What are the benefits of Dermadrop, and how soon will I see results?

It can leave dehydrated, dull or tired skin better hydrated and fresher-looking, with a glow, and downtime is usually none. Skin often looks fresher the same day, and a single session a day or two before an event can give a glow. Because the outer layer of the skin keeps renewing itself, the effect fades over the following weeks, which is why a course is followed by top-ups. The evidence is early, and it won't firm the skin or fade deeper pigment.

Dermadrop vs microneedling or a HydraFacial: how do needles and downtime compare?

Dermadrop uses no needles and nothing touches the skin; downtime is usually none, and make-up can go on straight after. Microneedling, which we do with Sylfirm X, takes radiofrequency into the skin through fine needles after numbing cream, usually with pinkness for a day or two and no make-up for a few days; it is for pigment, redness, scarring and lost firmness. A HydraFacial uses water and gentle suction: some people look pink for an hour or so, and make-up is best skipped for the rest of the day.

What should I do before and after Dermadrop?

Before, tell us about your health, the medicines you take, any recent aesthetic treatments and anything your skin has reacted to. If it is your first session and you have an event coming, have it well before the day, in case the serum doesn't suit your skin. After, make-up can go on straight away if you like; keep SPF on and reapply it through the day, skip scrubs and exfoliating acids for a day, and message us if your skin itches, burns or comes up in a rash.

Can I have Dermadrop with anti-wrinkle injections or lip filler?

Not in the same area: Dermadrop isn't used where there is filler or anti-wrinkle injections, or within five months of another invasive aesthetic treatment. Nor does it replace them: anti-wrinkle injections relax the muscle behind a movement line and filler adds volume, while Dermadrop hydrates and gives a glow. It can suit dry, reactive skin around the eyes and mouth where there are no injections. Tell us what you've had, where and when, and we'll plan around it.

Can I have Dermadrop if I have rosacea?

Not during a flare: like any active skin condition in the area, it waits until the skin settles. Dermadrop isn't a treatment for rosacea itself; for that, a doctor first confirms what is behind the redness, and we look at broadband light, LED light or Sylfirm X. Between flares, whether it suits you depends on what your skin tolerates, since the serum itself can still irritate, so tell us what has stung or reacted before.
